Retired Dog Lover needs doggy love
I lost my dog, Charlie, in April 2022. He was almost 18 years old and my best friend. I don’t want to commit to another pet right now but I’ve been feeling the need to engage with more furry friends. I’m retired so I have time to spend with your dog.

We left our little Maltese puppy Angel with Sheryl for around 3 weeks. It was tough for us to be away from her but Sheryl was beyong amazing for our little treasure. Our puppy is a little shy and Sheryl took her everywhere with her. She introduced her to different doggies, environments and her family and that made our little baby so much more confident. Sheryl sent us video updates daily about our baby and that put our minds at ease. We have found our perfect match for Angel. We are beyond grateful to Sheryl for giving such great care and love to our little Angel. Sheryl will always be our first choice when we need to send Angel on vacation. Schedule
I’m retired so I have lots of time. I want dogs that are child friendly, dog friendly and cat tolerant as I have grandchildren and my adult children also have dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 1 bedroom condo with a large fenced outdoor patio. Dogs are allowed anywhere in my home. Although I say I can take dogs up to 16lbs, I can actually take dogs up to 25 lbs. I’m very active so doggy gets lots of walks and socialization.
A typical day
I enjoy forest and beach walks with my dogs. My routine is to get my dogs out for an adventure every morning. Usually 1-2 hours if the dog is up to that. I’m also ok to take much shorter walks for senior or dogs with disabilities. Even if the dogs get out for several short walks they still get mental stimulation and exercise. I like to go to new places so the dogs have new locations to explore
