I have a very flexible schedule currently. I have a part-time job that allows me to set my own hours. I live in Chico and would expect most of my Rover clients to live here or close by also. (Although I'm willing to travel a little bit.)

Pet care experience
I just love dogs ( and cats). What's not to love? My last one, Gracie, was a rescue who arrived with many traumas and hurts. With a lot of love and patience, I'm proud to say she had a good rest of her life--and made a great friend and watchdog.

Sheryl was absolutely wonderful! We have booked with Rover for around 15 years and she has been the best so far. Sheryl was very communicative during our 6 week absence and shared lots of pictures of Shiloh and let us know how things were going. We never worried once! The biggest "tell" that showed how great she was with Shiloh was that, of course, Shiloh was very excited to see us, but also very calm. No trauma at all for being gone 6 weeks. Sheryl was also kind enough to fill my outside bird feeders and offered to water or do anything else needed. Oh, and all my houseplants survived and thrived! We will definitely ask Sheryl again without hesitation.
I have known Sheryl for over 30 years. She is a very kind, gentle, and patient pet lover. She has cared several of our dogs and cats over a period of at least 10 years. I was most impressed with her care of her own dog. She rescued Gracie: a very large, scary loud dog. Sheryl succesfully "tamed" Gracie who became a beloved member of her household. Sheryl is responsible and reliable and trustworthy.
Sheryl's genuine care for animals is evident. She makes it her personal mission to give each one a loving experience, no matter how brief the interaction. Any pet who gets to hang with her is lucky!
