Pet care experience
Have 🐶? Have 🐈⬛? BRING ON THE 💜
I’ve grown up caring for animals my whole life. Growing up in Alaska I gained a deep appreciation towards animals, and learned many safety and training tools for doggie friends and kitty friends living in rural settings. Taking care of two (or more) big puppies in my fenced urban yard is a breeze and I have experience in kennel training and basic obedience skills. All my animals pick up skills related to comfort and mental health, but that’s probably because I’m a social worker and animals feel that too.

Sheryce was great with Henry, he was well taken care of, she sent updates and made the whole experience very easy!

This was our first time doing any sort of doggy day care with our pretty timid dog and we were nervous to leave him for the whole day and into the night but Sheryce and her family were so kind, patient, loving, and communicative. He even made some doggy pals it seems like. We are so happy with the stay and will happily look to Sheryce the next time we need a stay for our boy. We know he was loved there.

Sheryce was able to watch my dog for a week on short notice and took excellent care of him. Her dogs were friendly, and I would highly recommend Sheryce to anyone looking to board their dog.

Fantastic dog sitter for my two fur babies. Definitely recommend 1000%.

Theses guys are awesome! Sheryce was great about sending lots of updates and pictures! She was very cool about the fact I was running late picking Rex up. Thanks Sheryce!

My 3-yr-old had a great time playing with Asa, Sheryce's dog. He got a little "homesick" waiting for Mom to return, but all was great overall. My only difficulty is with the distance from my house to hers, and the travel time I need to factor in.

Schedule
I have all the time in the world to care for pets on weekdays, weekends, days/nights etc! I’m accustomed to dog schedules and needs, and I have 2 roaming (very canine friendly) felines who I care for on a regular basis and one sweet peanut butter princess pup that is a good playmate for doggie friends! Whenever fur babies are in our home they get the upmost priority of care and attention.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of room to run the track!!! I also have two large sized kennels if your pupper needs those, but I certainly won’t require it. Our basement has cat doors so only the small four legged freeloaders get into those areas without humans. My kids LOVE dogs and have grown up with big and small dogs around them. They know dog safety and are very in tune to dog behaviors as well.

A typical day
POV OF HOUSE GUEST: We wake up obviously in a lovely dog pile in my new king sized bed, or maybe even my soft doggy bed provided by my host. After a good stretch we take ourselves for a good walk around the yard and maybe even get some zoomies out (it’s like a race track). Then, if I’m a free feeder I get my food bowl that morning, and if I’m a evening feeder I get to play, snuggle, run, and lapdog nap at all the chances I get. In the evening after I eat my supper (if PM meals) we go for more plays outside and if I’m a goodest boy/girl then Sheryce may even take us for a walk or car ride to a dog park nearby! Then at night, we rule the bed and start the dog pile all over again!!!
