Sherry completed the scheduled visits and fed the dogs and changed/cleaned the potty pads as requested. but overall the experience was disappointing. We received three summary updates out of six visits, and I had to follow up to confirm if one of our dogs ate. she agreed (in person) to help feed two stray cats, and later said she’d try but never mentioned them again. A simple follow-up would have gone a long way. On the final day, there wasn’t even a message or summary but did post a photo of returning the key in the pot. For a $340 booking, we expected better communication and follow-through.
