Pet care experience
I was raised with pets and have had pets all my adult life. Plenty of room to run and frolic with my dogs. I've cared for friends and neighbors pets and they've felt relieved to know they are getting all the attention they need while they are away. We care for your pets as if they were one of our own. With the flexible schedule of making our own hours, I'd never take on more than your pet deserves. We have a large yard by the lake, where the pups can run free with our dogs, and have a fenced in area. I a crate is a necessity, we have that as well, as all of our pets were crate trained.

Sherry was awesome! We were going to spend 12 hours away from our campground going out to Isle Royale. We also needed a backup plan in case we got stuck out there over night. She met us at our campground the day before to meet Scout and get all of our instructions. She was really good about introducing her to her own dogs and Scout wasted no time making new friends. She even got to swim in the lake and go boating!!! Sherry and her husband took great care of her! I would highly recommend her if you are going to spend time in Copper Harbor and need to be away for 1 day, or more!
I’m so glad I found Sherry! She took great care of my dogs when I took a day trip to Isle Royale. She sent me updates and pics and they were having a blast playing in the yard when I came to pick them up.
First time ever using Rover. We were going to Isle Royale for a portion of our summer travels and no dogs allowed! Found Sherry on the app super close to Copper Harbor. She totally fit the description of what we needed. We took Bandit and did the meet and greet with her, her husband and their dogs. All went very well and I relaxed about the thought of leaving Bandit for 2 nights. She was very attentive to the needs of our dog and her property was like dog paradise! Bandit was in good hands! Throughout his stay, she texted me and sent pictures. I would definitely recommend Sherry for your dog sitting needs!
My first time using Rover and it couldn’t have gone better ! After arriving at their home they introduced their dogs to my Lucy one at a time and they all got a long great. They provided me with a tour of their yard and home so that I would be comfortable leaving my girl with them. Updates were emailed to me along with photos which I really appreciated. If you’ll be visiting Isle Royale NP it’s totally worth it to have Sherry & Bob keep your pups overnight in case unexpected weather prevents you from returning on time. One thing to note, when finding their home go ALL the way to the end of the road there is no cell service so be sure to have good directions before heading out.
