Sherry came to the rescue at the last minute to stay for 4 days with my pups after my dogsitter cancelled. I was unable to meet her but she graciously met my best friend to be introduced to Finn and Charlie. She played ball with them and gave them lots of snuggles as well as sent photos and stayed in communication with us while we were gone. Will be calling Sherry in the future.
We had a good overall experience with our Rover sitter and would hire her again. Our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for when we returned home, and there were no accidents. She communicated throughout our trip, sent photos, and kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Overall, we appreciated knowing our pups were cared for, and we’d be comfortable booking with her again.
This is my second time using Sherry. As soon as she got to my house all of my babies were so excited and happy to see her. They absolutely love her!! She obviously treats them very well and sounds like she spoils them. I highly recommend her
Sherry was great! Very responsive, asked good questions, and answered promptly. Took good care of our two high-energy pups! Our home was neat and tidy, just like we left it. No problems or concerns. She was great to work with! Will use her again next time we’re headed out of town!
Unfortunately this booking ended early due to unprofessional communication from the sitter. She entered private areas of the home that were not part of the agreed guest space and sent several hostile and personal messages, including accusations about the care of my dogs. She also suggested taking the dogs to a shelter or elsewhere for care without my permission, which was very concerning. We arranged alternate care immediately. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable booking with this sitter again.
Sherry did an awesome job with my babies. They absolutely loved her. Will definitely use her again.
