Sherry was amazing! Our first time ever using this service and she was a life saver. Was having construction work on my house and had two cats that had been adopted as kittens and never been around anyone else and I was super nervous. She answered all my questions, and there was A LOT! She was super patient with me and with the uncertainty of the construction she was extremely flexible. She kept me updated and even sent pictures which was great. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Always treat my babies well

I want to express my dissatisfaction with this sitter. To begin with, I have a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd who is very energetic and does best when given structure, routine, and a job. I made sure to communicate this in advance because I understand the level of commitment this breed requires. During the stay, I asked for daily updates but only received very vague responses like “he is doing okay,” along with comments that he was too energetic and didn’t match the energy of the other dogs. I reiterated that he does better with routine and regular walks, but it seems he was mostly left in the backyard. While I take responsibility for choosing a sitter who may not have been the best fit for his needs. What I found most unprofessional was the communication issue that followed. After thanking her for the updates, I received a call from her number, which I did not recognize. Since I was out of the country, I assumed it was a spam and hung up. Shortly after, she sent me a message saying, “DON’T TEXT ME EVER AGAIN OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE AND ICE.” I found this message extremely rude, inappropriate, and concerning. I responded to clarify that I was her client, and while she later apologized, the situation felt very unprofessional and the use of such threats was completely unacceptable regardless of the misunderstanding. Lastly, when I went to pick up my dog, she was not present and instead sent her husband. This added to the overall lack of professionalism I experienced. I was honestly surprised given her positive reviews, and while others may have a different experience, I felt it was important to share mine.

Sherry and Brad took great care of Roxy! The family atmosphere was so great for her. I received pictures during her time there which helped me feel secure that she was doing well while I was away. I would definitely book again in the future!
