I have known Shermel for a long time! She is super smart, and responsible. I know this because we met in college. These qualities carry over into her love and admiration for pups! She takes them on long walks, and if they are lucky, on adventures, too (beach, park, playground, etc)! Shermel also brings behavioral conditioning, compassion and responsible care as other attributes to the table. I would trust her with my own dogs, no problem! She also knows that communication and relationship building with the owner are key!
recommendations of a mutual friend. I was nervous about letting a stranger into my house to watch my dog, so we met up in a public place first to chat and for her to meet my dog. After we met and started talking, all my hesitations went away. She immediately clicked with my dog, playing in front of the Starbucks that we met at. While chatting, I realized that I had nothing to fear from her as a person in my house. She is a put together dog lover who happens to be in grad/doctors school. When I left for a long weekend, she kept me abreast to what was going on via selfies of my dog making friends with her aka he wouldn’t leave her side. When I got back, there was nothing out of place and my boy was as happy as could be. 100% would recommend Shermel for your dog sitting needs!
Shermel always goes above and beyond for her two dogs. She always makes sure they are fed, well-exercised, and makes sure to find them the best accommodations when she has to travel. Shermel also creates wonderful outfits to keep her dogs warm in the winter and fashionable in the summer! Seeing those pups, you know that they are happy and healthy in Shermel's care. I know that she would take care of anyone else's dogs with the love and attention that she gives her own.
