Hi! My name is Sherlynn, and I’m a Salinas local with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all types. I’ve grown up around pets and have cared for dogs, cats, birds, and even a bunny. I raised my pit bull mix from puppyhood into adulthood, and I currently care for a German Shepherd who I’ve had for over four years. I’m experienced with dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and energy levels — from calm companions to more active, strong breeds. I enjoy taking pets on safe, enriching walks at local parks and beaches, and I always tailor care to each pet’s needs and routine. Safety and communication are my top priorities. I’m confident handling unexpected situations calmly and responsibly, and I make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved while in my care. I’m open to working with all breeds and always treat every pet as if they were my own. Your pet’s happiness, safety, and well-being will always come first. Sherlynn is an excellent cat sitter. She’s also very friendly and personable. I returned to find my cat well fed and happily snoozing. She followed all instructions to the letter and sent me photo updates. I would definitely hire her again!
Sherlynn was absolutely the best! She helped me out when I was in a very tough situation and my doggies were very happy with her! Super recommended and will definitely contact her for more work!!

Sherlynn is a great gal! She has always been a outgoing, sweet and caring person. She loves many types of animals. When she is around dogs especially she connects with them and falls in love with them.
Sherlynn loves animals, she enjoys playing cats for multiple of hours and dogs, she makes them fell like like the main focus in any environment and situations.

I do live in house that has a fenced yard. I live less than 1 minute away from a dog park which is so convenient. My neighborhood is calm.

I usually play with them with their toys, take them on walks and keep them happy of course. I have younger siblings they help me out too with the dogs.
