Hi! My name is Sherleen and I love dogs and have always grown up with them. I had a childhood chihuahua that I took care of for over 15 years. I now have a malte poo and a pug that I’ve been raising for over 11 years since before they could be weaned from their mom. You can imagine the nights waking up to feed them like human babies! I’ve picked up doggie accidents that seemed like natural disasters and have groomed and bathed my dogs since having them. I’ve cared for dogs from shelters who have trust issues around humans, dogs with behavioral issues and health issues. This includes giving them routine medication around the clock, dedicating time to gaining trust, or as simple as them needing help cleaning themselves after using the restroom. I own 2 Brachycephalic dogs so I also understand the attention those breeds require. Personally, my pug is allergic to fleas and ticks so my house and yard are flea and tick free for her safety!

Schedule
I am a college student who’s doing classes in person on the mornings and can 100% dedicate attention and care. Please message me if you need me during a day I don’t have “available”!!! I’m also really available during holidays! I can do special requests and update my calendar for you (M,Th, 11:30 pm- 6pm) (T, 1:30 and ongoing) (W, 12:30 - 6pm) Just message me and I’ll work something out for your situation! Pets are our babies and deserve nothing less! I currently work with students as an orchestra tutor and a coach working with students ranging of ages. I work around schedules for students and I can do the same for people needing pet sitting! I As a school district worker I am required to do background checks and fingerprints to be a teacher, I understand having a stranger take care of your dog can be stressful but with this knowledge I hope I can ease some of your minds.

Safety, trust & environment
As a dog owner it’s only essential to give your dog attention, interaction and above all, patience. Dogs like playing, walking or just chilling with their owners and those things vary between dogs! Some have way more energy than other dogs and it’s important to know what they need especially since they can’t talk for themselves. In my household I have a yard that my dogs stay outside for the majority of the day. When bringing in new dogs, I will keep your dog/s indoors and take care of their needs at all times with me so in the case they’re not used to other pups I have a barrier.

A typical day
I will have 100% attention on your dog at all times, outside time will be provided for potty breaks and exercise! I love playing with dogs so if they’re energetic I’ll make sure we play and run until they’re tired! If doggies are allowed, they can accompany on trips to the store or for an occasional pup cup. Doggie car seats and seatbelts are available in my care.

- IMPORTANT: Please let me know if your dog has any allergies to treats/dietary restrictions or has special medication needed or have behavioral issues like if they are aggressive or unfriendly. For their stay please bring their own dog food and bowls for food and water, also please notify me of their eating schedule. They do require a collar and a leash for their stay. If your baby hasn’t had their shots and is too little for solid food please let me know 2 days in advance so I can sterilize all areas that baby will be in. Bring all the supplies used to care for the puppy, if water is needed for puppies under 4 weeks there will be a $5 charge as your puppy will have distilled water (baby water). Tell me all about your pet and its personality, I love knowing their personality traits whether they’re shy or like watching tv or have a favorite fruit or activity! I will provide pictures and constant updates 💕
