This was our first time working with Shereen, who took care of our 2 cats and our house while we were away for 12 days. When we met Shereen we were immediately impressed with her professionalism and demeanor and felt very comfortable leaving the cats and house in her care. Our trust was well placed as she did a great job taking care of everything while were gone and left the house incredibly clean, going above and beyond, washing the sheets and thoroughly cleaning the stovetop and other areas. We also really appreciated Shereen taking on a last-minute unexpected task coordinating several visits with contractors that had to do work at the house while we were away. On her departure, Shereen sent us an excellent unsolicited ‘check out’ video and written notes. We would not hesitate to recommend Shereen and will definitely work with her again in the future!

I had a mixed experience with Shereen with a couple of good visits and two bad ones. After one visit which was for one day on a weekend, I came home and realized the following day there were fleas in my apartment when there had previously not been any, the only person that came into the apartment was her, which it can be understood that other pets she watched may have fleas and they can be carried over. However when I brought this up to her attention she became defensive and denied this possibility and accused me of bringing the fleas with me even though nothing had changed for me. Secondly, I booked for a week as I was traveling out of the country and on a time difference. She messaged me to let me know my cat had an accident on my leather couch and she had cleaned it. Then she messaged me to tell me she did not come to a booked visit, offered no explanation and her solution was for me to cancel the following visit and get a refund as if I could find pet care on such short notice while traveling abroad. I came home to 4 more accidents on my couch that looked days old. When I asked her why she didn’t use the big blanket right next to the couch to cover it and prevent further accidents, she stated she doesn’t touch her clients things without their permission, I guess she expected a step by step from me of what would help prevent further accidents while traveling and not getting the information on real time. Her review cards and pictures all consisted of only one picture. After four visits I have decided to no longer continue services as this person has not show to be reliable or proactive.

Shereen was absolutely amazing with Buster. Her communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring. She kept me updated throughout the stay and made it obvious that Buster was getting plenty of attention, care, and affection. It gave me real peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and loving hands. Shereen treated Buster like her own, and I couldn’t ask for more. I would 100% trust Shereen again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive sitter. Buster can’t wait to see her again!
