l've grown up with dogs my entire life and have many years of experience providing trusted house sitting for friends, family, and neighbours. I currently own a miniature dachshund, so l truly understand how important routine, reassurance, and companionship are for pets while their owners are away. My approach is calm, attentive, and tailored to each individual animal - from energetic puppies to older pets needing gentler care. I provide plenty of affection, enrichment, playtime, and either one-to-one walks or optional social time with my friendly dog. I have experience with a wide variety of breeds, as well as cats, and I hold a valid DBS, offering extra peace of mind. My priority is always ensuring your pet feels safe, relaxed, and deeply cared for in the comfort of their own home.

Trustworthy, Loving & Professional Highly Recommend Shellina We were away and leaving both our cat and dog with Shellina was absolutely the right decision. From the very beginning, she kept us consistently updated with photos and messages, which made a huge difference while we were away. It was clear that both of our pets were not only well cared for, but genuinely comfortable and happy. Shellina gave them so much attention, affection, and cuddles that, honestly, they didn’t even feel our absence. That says everything. She followed their routines carefully, ensured they were well fed, exercised, and emotionally settled. Our dog enjoyed plenty of walks and playtime, and both pets received constant love and interaction. She even helped them socialise, which was a great added touch. She stayed in our home, treated everything with respect, and handled everything in a very professional and organised way. What stood out most was the peace of mind — we didn’t worry for a single moment. That level of trust is not easy to find. Shellina clearly loves animals and takes her work seriously. When caring for pets in your home, l follow all instructions closely, maintain routines, and ensure pets are always secure and supervised appropriately. I treat every home with the utmost respect and provide regular updates for reassurance. I focus on creating a calm, loving environment where your pet feels completely at ease. I do not offer boarding - my services are exclusively house sitting, allowing pets to remain comfortable in their own familiar space.

A typical day
A typical day with me is calm, caring, and based around your pet’s normal routine. I make sure feeding, walks, playtime, and rest are done how your pet is used to. For dogs, this includes walks, play, feeding, and plenty of attention. For cats, this includes feeding, litter care, gentle play, and quiet company. I always check on your pet’s wellbeing and send updates and photos for peace of mind. Activities are matched to each pet’s age, energy, and personality. Dogs: Walks at their pace Play with toys or gentle games Cuddles and calm time Cats: Play with toys Treats and enrichment Fuss and company if they want it My aim is happy, relaxed, and comfortable pets.
