As an adult I've had dogs for 25 years and counting. I've also volunteered at various shelters, and I am currently a volunteer for beagle rescue group where I foster and transport dogs as well as complete the home visits for potential adopters.

I know that there is less stress for dogs and for owners if the dog can stay in a familiar setting which is why I have used rover myself in the past for vacations.

I have known Shelley for 18 years. She is one of the best dog-loving people I know. She LOVES dogs, and they always respond very well to her. My own dogs have adored her. Recently, Shelley has been helping me with my senior lab-mix. She is highly reliable, and honestly made my dog a top priority when I needed the help. To say I trust her with my dog is an understatement. I can't recommend her enough!

Schedule
I substitute teach and make my own schedule, so I have flexibility and availability for taking care of your pets. I love to walk dogs in all weather, and I am available for overnights with dogs as needed.
