In addition to providing basic care, I also prioritize spending quality time with each pet in my care. This includes playing with toys, going for walks, and providing lots of attention and affection. I understand that pets thrive on routine and consistency, and I make sure to provide that to the best of my ability. Outside of my time with pets, I stay organized and manage my schedule carefully to ensure that I have enough time to provide each pet with the care and attention they deserve. This can involve scheduling regular check-ins with clients, coordinating logistics, and making sure I have all the necessary supplies and equipment on hand. Overall, providing pet care is not just a job for me, it's a passion. I am committed to ensuring that every animal in my care receives the best possible care and attention, and I take that responsibility very seriously.

Information Shelley C. would like to know about your pet
As a professional pet sitter, it is essential to know as much as possible about the pets under my care ahead of time. This helps me provide the best possible care for each pet, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Some important things to know ahead of time include: 1. Feeding and medication schedule: I need to know when and how much to feed the pets, as well as any medication or supplements that they need to take. 2. Health issues or concerns: If a pet has any health issues or concerns, it is important for me to know about them ahead of time so that I can monitor their health during my care. I will also want to know their veterinarian's contact information in case of an emergency. 3. Behavioral issues or concerns: If a pet has any behavioral issues or concerns, I need to know about them ahead of time so that I can provide proper care and management. This could include separation anxiety, aggression, or fear of certain triggers. 4. Exercise and activity needs: Some pets have high energy levels and require a lot of exercise and activity, while others need less stimulation. Knowing the pet's exercise needs will help me provide the right amount of physical activity during my care. 5. Likes and dislikes: Every pet has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to toys, treats, and activities. Knowing these preferences ahead of time helps me provide personalized care and keep the pets as happy and comfortable as possible. No Meet & Greet Required I understand that scheduling meet and greets can be tricky, especially with busy lives and last-minute plans. To make things easier, I do not require an in-person meet and greet before bookings. I’m confident in my ability to connect with pets quickly and ensure they feel safe and loved in my care. I’m happy to discuss all details, routines, and expectations over messaging, phone, or video chat so you feel fully comfortable and prepared! Overall, the more information I have about the pets ahead of time, the better equipped I am to provide the best possible care for them.

Training activities: Dogs in particular love training activities like teaching new tricks or practicing obedience commands. I can incorporate these fun training activities into our playtime and help reinforce positive behaviors and discipline. 4. Car rides: Some pets enjoy going on car rides. 5. Cuddling and petting: Many pets are eager to snuggle up and enjoy some cuddle time. As a pet sitter, I make sure to provide affectionate and loving attention to the pets I care for. 6. I always prioritize the unique needs and preferences of each pet and offer plenty of fun and stimulating activities during my care.

Reviews

Thanks for another week of taking care of our boy. Will be reaching out for June dates in the near future.

Our dog seems very happy anytime he’s with Shelley. We feel very safe and comfortable having him stay with her. This is our second time, and I’m sure we will be back.

Thanks again for taking great care of our baby, Winston.

Shelley did a great job. Our dog seemed very happy and she was responsive while we were away.
