I'll love your dog as much as you!
Hi, my name is Shelley, and I would love to care for your dog! I live in a 2br condo in Mission Viejo with my two dogs. I love taking my dogs on long walks and hikes all over Orange County. I work from home, meaning your pooch would rarely be alone. I was a veterinary technician throughout college and have had dogs my entire life, so you can rest assured your dogs would be safe and well taken care of when they stay with me! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since before I could speak! I have had my own dog since the age of 2. He lived for 19 years and I took him and my schnauzer with me to college because I couldn't stand being away from them! I currently have a Jack Russell Mix that I adopted from the Baja Animal Sanctuary, and she's the most precious little girl. I volunteered throughout high school at a veterinary clinic and eventually worked as a veterinary technician through college. I had planned on going to vet school after taking some time off from undergrad, but I found an amazing career opportunity and now get my animal fix by taking care of friends' dogs when they are out of town. Meet my pets I have a small Jack Russell Mix that is 14 years old. She is a sweetheart once you get to know her, but can be intimidated by other dogs. I also have a 3 year old, 60 lb mixed breed pandemic "puppy" that is attached to me at all times. Mookie loves just about every dog and will love playing with your dog. About my yard Small deck and enclosed back yard perfect for sunbathing, bird watching, and the occasional lizard chasing. My experience administering medication Yes, I have had years of experience administering medication from giving oral pills, treating ears with ear flushes, giving eye drops, vaccines, subcutaneous fluids...you name it!

What a relief to find Shelley! It’s nerve wracking to find someone you trust to take care of your buddy while you’re away. I was put at ease immediately after having a meet and greet with Shelley, my dog, Bo, took to her and her dog, Mookie, right away. She is loving and caring and I could tell from the videos and pictures she sent that he was having fun and feeling comfortable. I’ve already booked the next stay with her. Highly recommend Shelley if you’re looking for someone who is reliable and will take the best care of your baby.
Shelley was nothing but professional and very accommodating to our schedule and pup's special requests such as doing a meet and greet, and updating us on how our pup was doing during the whole stay with texts, photos, and videos. Our trip had several last-minute changes and without any hesitation, she was flexible with us and we could go on our trip without any worries. I highly recommend Shelley and her two dogs to anyone looking for a dog sitter/boarding!!
Shelley took very good care of Winston. We were gone for a while. She sends us photos and videos of Winston which made us feel good leaving him, and we can see how happy he was. He also had a playmate named Mookie and was very good to Winston. They played a lot. She also took Winston for a regular walk. She also provided Winston with extra food when he ran out of what we brought him. Just so happy we found Shelley and that she’ll be our regular dog sitter. Thank you, Shelley, for taking good care of Winston. He is already missing Mookie.
Shelley is amazing. We booked her to take care of our 5 year old Belgian Malinois while we went on a 7 day cruise. We chose her because of her great reviews and also because she was open to doing a meet and greet to help us feel comfortable. Our dog Penny bonded with her immediately at the meet and greet in the park. We could tell instantly that Penny was in good hands. Shelley was amazing with communicating with us through texts and pictures throughout our trip. She treated Penny as if she were her own. Penny was well taken care of and loved while we were away. We will definitely use Shelley again for our next weekend get away or for an extended vacation. We strongly recommend her and give her 5 stars

Here's where we'll take our walks Walks around the neighborhood in Pacific Beach and to Mission Bay. We also love walking our dog on the beach and around Fiesta Island. Your dog's sleeping arrangement My dog sleeps in our bed, yours could join us or sleep in their own bed, or on the couch...so pretty much wherever he or she prefers! Time I'll spend with your dog During the weekend, I could spend all day with your dog. My fiance is home during the week and would only be away from your dog for an hour, if at all.
