I specialize in caring for dogs with special needs, including extensive experience with IVDD (Intervertebral Disc Disease), mobility limitations, bladder expression, medication schedules, post-surgical care, and senior pets requiring extra patience and attention. I understand how important consistency, safety, and trust are when caring for pets with medical or behavioral needs. In addition to special-needs care, I have experience with: Medication administration Structured feeding and medication schedules Energetic and high-exercise dogs Senior pets Puppies and reinforcement of routines Multi-pet households Cats of all ages (from bottle feeding to senior) Any kind of pet from Axolotls, fish, birds, rabbits, and more Overnight home sitting and property care. Our dog had a great weekend with Shelley at our house. Shelley went above and beyond helping with some physical therapy exercises, working with our dog’s shoulder brace, and keeping him mentally stimulated over the weekend. She kept the place very clean and even kept up on household care tasks (garbage, pool skimmer emptying, etc.) Will certainly be booking for future stays!
Words cannot express how wonderful Shelley was with my 2-year-old Cavapoo. She went above and beyond in her care for Junie! She took her on walks, playdates and car rides and really treated her like a member of her own family. Junie is a velcro dog, and Shelley was extremely loving and cuddly with her. She sent me regular updates and pictures/video every day. She was also a fantastic house sitter, dealing with multiple unexpected issues that were well out of the scope of dog sitting. It was so nice to travel knowing that I didn't have to worry about what was going on at home. I would recommend her a million times over and will use her again for sure. Thank you, Shelley!!

I currently work from home and am very flexible. Open to whatever your needs are. I am also available for extended stays and house sitting in your home.

I offer care in both your home and mine to best fit your pet's needs and routine. I provide lots of quality time, supervision, and plenty of attention and potty breaks. My home is safe and secure with a fenced-in yard for exercise and lazy days in the sun. I am experienced with pets of all ages, from puppies to seniors and special needs, who may require extra attention. I have extensive experience in expressing bladders and administering medications on a strict schedule. I will provide daily updates, photos, and videos so you know your pet is safe, happy, and loved! I am not just offering pet care but peace of mind! :) +Please note - I am very experienced with Physical Therapy of dogs and cats as well as strict meds schedules - I do charge extra Specialized care is assessed an additional $20–$50 per day based on the level of care needed. A typical day
Every pet is different, so I like to tailor the day to their personality and routine. For dogs who love to be active, we'll enjoy walks, playtime, fetch, and plenty of opportunities to burn off energy and have fun. For pets who prefer a slower pace, I'm always happy to spend time cuddling, giving belly rubs, and providing lots of one-on-one attention. Throughout the day, I make sure pets stay on their normal schedule with meals, potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of love and companionship. I also enjoy keeping pets mentally engaged with toys, games, and positive interaction. One of my favorite parts of pet sitting is getting to know each pet's unique personality. Whether they want to play, explore, relax, or have someone nearby, my goal is to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for.
