Hello, I'm Shelby! I've been petsitting and babysitting for my friends and family since high school. I've lived with dogs of all sizes and cats my whole life. I currently care for our sweet senior pittie mix with special medical and dietary needs. I also have had pet rats in the past. I would love to take care of your pets, whether that's house sitting or drop ins! I love to play and cuddle with animals, and I can take them for walks in the mornings and evenings when it's not too hot! I can keep on top of a regular feeding + potty schedule. If your pet has medicines, a special diet, or any other special needs I am completely able to accommodate.
Ratings and reviews
Shelby is always a go-to to pet sit and watch our house when we go on vacation. We have a large dog and 2 cats. She is able to keep them all on their routines, including feed times, litter box changes and walk times. She even had to deal with our dog having some gastrointestinal issues during one trip and managed to clean up after him (sorry Shelby!). Highly recommend Shelby as a responsible, caring and dedicated pet/house sitter!
If you are looking for someone you can trust with your pet, Shelby is a great option. I have known Shelby for over 4 years now as my student in the college classroom, babysitter for my child, and dog watcher for my 16 year old miniature schnauzer. She is someone I trust to be responsible, respectful, and caring when caring for my dog and/or child. She is great at communication as well.

Schedule
I'm currently a graduate student and an intern, which means I'm out of the house for ~8 hours at a time on Mondays-Thursdays. I can do house-sits and drop ins on weekdays for animals who can be left alone for long periods of time. My weekends are free to care for the animals who need more frequent potty breaks, walks, and attention. I can do multiple week-long house sits with instructions about household and pet care.
