I am fully available except when I’m out of town helping my sick father (usually a week each month). I can check in as frequently or long as you need, but I do have an older 30lb (dog friendly) pup who needs medications twice daily and I am the only one that can provide those to him. If he cannot be with me while providing other pets care then I will need to return to him once morning and evening to ensure he is taken care of. Can stay overnight preferably only one night at a time so I can return to my pets.

I have recently moved so no longer have a fenced yard, but have a large home with dog runs on trees in the backyard. I have an easy going 30lb Pomeranian mutt named Teddy. My dog is very easy to get along with other dogs, as I have fostered and watched other animals numerous times in the years of me having him. I watch my brother’s pitbull mix named Hercules on a regular basis as well. I do have cats so would prefer if they were used to them, but have an area of my home doggy gated off so they can feel safe when other pets visit my home.

Let me know if your pets have any special needs or behavioral quirks, I’m happy to work with or around them. If you have a dog over 50lbs that doesn’t walk good on a leash I require a “gentle leader” to prevent them from pulling or injuring me during walks, I am happy to help get them comfortable and familiar with enjoying walks using this halter, it’s been proven more beneficial than a harness to prevent leash pulling.
A typical day
We love to go on walks around the neighborhood and sometimes fun parks like Haha Tonka if your pup likes adventures and socializing. If your pup also likes to take it easy we can play in the back yard or stay snuggled up on the couch enjoying movies. Cats also need engagement if they’re playful I’ll throw cat toys and play with my laser pointer, and if they’re affectionate they’ll get all the cuddles

I’ve taken care of animals since I was a young child, my passion for animals encouraged me to pursue a career working with animals. In recent years I have worked animal husbandry caring for domestic pets, exotic big cats, wolves, snakes, birds and more. I am comfortable working with all sizes of dogs and as well as other species. I have 5 years vet tech experience so can help with medical issues and medications as needed.
