Shelby informed me that she had to work Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I confirmed she would be leaving at 4 pm and retuning about midnight. She was gone by 2:30 most days and retuned close to 2 am. I had another sitter stopping in while Shelby was at work. The other sitter reported that Charlotte had no food or water and Was very hungry. The litter box was dirty. She also reported the house being very dirty and that Charlotte had thrown up and had to clean it up. Shelby slept on the couch instead of the guest room (because of her shoulder I was told). The couch has grit all over it that has not been explained. I need to have it cleaned. The bathroom rug has shoe prints that won’t wash out and my living room area rug has stains on it that won’t come out either. Shelby said it was from her greasy shoes and she “tried to clean it”. Both rugs now need to be replaced. I am extremely disappointed and will not have Shelby care for my baby or enter my house again.

Great experience, communicated frequently, responded to my messages quickly, even alerted us to a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the house, which turns out someone was indeed watching the house. I feel very comfortable leaving the dogs in her care.

Shelby was an excellent sitter! She took great care of Charlotte! My house was clean and well taken care of as well! Will definitely book again!

Shelby is great! Second booking, just as nice of an experience. We were able to relax and enjoy time with the family, knowing we have a reliable person to take care of our pups, and we didn't have to rush back home, as we usually do. She has a special place in heart for animals and it shows.

Fantastic! Great communication, frequent updates, took very good care of our 4 dogs, even our "difficult" boy became friends with Shelby, no issues. We are so grateful! Already booked the next visit.

Very good experience with Shelby. She took Libby for 2 walks which she did as an extra bonus. Was on time. Very friendly and responsible gal. Will book again.
