My pets have a full run of the home and treated with the best love and care. They are treated as our children or babies. I care for all pets as if they were my own and will follow any respective house rules or training that may be instilled upon the pet.

Im not sure where to begin. Shelby seems very nice. I used her twice, recently against my better judgment but thought maybe the initial short comings may have been an oversight. The 1st time she walked our dog, we paid for 30 minutes per walk however she only walked him for approximately 15 minutes. Because we were out the country, we didn't review the cameras to confirm the actual walk timeframes until a couple weeks after we returned. Our neighbors confirmed she walked him daily. We also noticed she didn't interact with Taner, however she wasn't mean. She made sure he had water and food, so we didn't feel it was worth mentioning. Our 2 faithful Rover walkers were booked for the 4th of July, so since we didn't have time to interview and Shelby was available, we hired her. Unfortunately she began the 1st walk again only 15 minutes. I made it clear that please walk him for a minimum of 25 minutes, she agreed. Still no interaction, but we were grateful she was reliable to walk him. Unfortunately things quickly went downhill. She got into a heated argument with my neighbor. Shelby parked 2 houses down from my home in front of the neighbors home and walked the dog on his grass. My neighborhood is amazing, my home was built 20yrs ago, so everyone knows me. Its also safe but she didn't want to park in my driveway or in front of my home. Regardless she should had not been exposed to the nei disrespecting her and for that I apologize!!! In addition, I wish she would had simply parked somewhere different, and walked Taner in another direction. Sometimes ignoring someone is better than arguing back and forth. Due to this, Shelby, felt unsafe and didn't return, so Taner spent the following day, all day unable to potty. This has absolutely never happen as long as I've been using Rover. I wish Shelby the best, thank you for walking our Taner, and we hope this incident does not ever happen to you again. We will not use you again or refer your services, respectively. Take care

We love our fur baby, but would be lying if we didn’t say that she is one spicy cat, especially for strangers. Shelby was incredible from the moment she walked through the door. Timely, reliable, and extremely communicative. Already planning to book her again for our next trip!

Took great care of my 2 mini doxies on very short, 2 day notice. Couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be reusing Shelby in the future!
We've hired Shelby a bunch of times to look after our cat when we're away. She's super reliable and communicative, and always sends us lovely pictures <3

Schedule
I work from home most days of the week and typically available on the weekends anytime. Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays I am in the office where i would only be available after 4:30. But those days i can also be flexible and move my schedule around to accomodate! I currently also have three very friendly doodles 1 small, 1 medium and 1 large dogs at my home. If boarding I can only accept males or spayed females as my male dog is not neutered.
