Shelby was amazing with Rio. She was honest and always communicating with me, sending regular pictures and updates. We carved out a routine that worked for both of us and Rio which I appreciate so much. Shelby is super hard working and diligent. And ofcourse very loving! She followed Rio’s snack and meal schedules to the T which also made me worry less while I wasn’t around. On our day of return I was worried about a flight delay but Shelby assured me that even though the booking was getting over, she’d be around to help let Rio out and give him his dinner. This says so much about her sincerity and flexibility, which I was so thankful for. Rio was literally looking for her in the guest room after we came back from our travels, which melted my heart! This tells how well she took care of Rio while we were gone away for 10 days. Thank you Shelby, you’re awesome! Rio misses you. 🫶

I’m currently working as a server, but am able to get to your/be with your animal when needed if scheduled before (: staying with the animals always makes it pretty easy, but parents who prefer drop ins, I understand!
