This is my full time job for the last 5 years now. I currently have around 60 clients so I do stay busy and book my overnight stays typically 2-3 months in advance. I also have a couple doggies I walk during week days. Drop-in’s or walks I typically book at least 3-7 days in advance. I do not offer reoccurring walks at this time, but always reach out to see if I have any openings available! Cancelations happen!

While I do not offer boarding at this time, since my cat Keana is an only child and prefers to keep it that way! I will adhere to your pets current schedule and allow them to demonstrate their usual needs. Such as the walking route they usually take, when they prefer play time, nap time, and snack time. Their schedule will not waver in my care!

Please inform me of any allergies, medical history, and special quirks they may have. I also like to have vet information on hand in case of emergencies. Of course if your dog has any bite history, I expect to be informed up front, as I have had people hide it from me in the past.
A typical day
In my care, I adapt to your pet's routine. Whether they are a younger puppy and full of energy, or just a cuddle bug who prefers to lay in a window seat. I like to get the more hyper dog's outside to play and exert their energy so they have had their exercise for the day. For the more mellow pets, I'll get them out of the house for a nice walk and some sight seeing, so they're ready for a nap when they get home. I'm usually not one to take many dog's to park's, due to safety reasons. And of course give them a few treats as a reward for their good behavior while out!

Hi guys, Shelby here! My life has been revolving around dogs for the last 15 years and I love every second of it! I gained my extensive knowledge from my late pup Sammy, who had many special needs. As well as through my time working at Chewy, both in the Pharmacy and as a Brand Ambassador for some of the largest pet food companies in the industry. I have experience with administering oral medications, insulin injections, specialty diets, and a wide array of health issues. I’m a walking book of animal facts, so please don’t hesitate to ask any questions! I’m happy to pass on as much information to my clients so your fur babies can continue to live their best life! As far as my stays, I’m here to keep your mind at ease and your pets free of PTSD while you’re away. Knowing your fur babies are in the best of hands safe at home, happy as can be! As I send adorable pictures and check in multiple times a day. While your pets always come first, your home is my home, and I will be happy to collect your mail, water your plants, and of course keep everything tidy because the struggle with pet hair is real. Shelby was outstanding. She came to my house a week before she was scheduled to watch my dog for a meet and greet and I instantly took to her. She has a wonderful personality and is very knowledgeable about animals and taking care of them. She sent me multiple updates while I was away. This was the first time I ever used Rover so I was a bit apprehensive. This was amplified by the fact that my dog was recently diagnosed with cancer. However, Shelby’s updates kept me at ease. She gave him his medication and took him out multiple times to accommodate his bladder. When she left my house, she left it cleaner than it was left for her. I highly recommend her services.
Always so nice to have our two boys cared for so well and to come home to a sparkling clean house. You’re the best!
Shelby was terrific with our dogs! They were walked twice a day and she played with them and gave them a lot of TLC! We will definitely use Shelby again!!!
