Marrero Small Doggy Boarding
Dogs have been a part of my life since childhood, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I work remotely full‑time, so I’m home throughout the day to supervise, monitor, and care for your pup. My two small dogs—Khloe (Shih Tzu) and Whitney (Morkie)—are friendly, calm, and used to having guest pups around. I currently limit myself to 1–2 dog guests at a time to ensure each pup receives calm, structured, individualized attention. Any dog who stays with me is treated like family. I focus on creating a safe, predictable, and comfortable environment where each dog can relax, play, and feel at home. My home is listed for sale while I am in the process of purchasing another, so there may occasionally be showings. When a showing occurs, dogs will either be: • Crated and taken with my mother and me (only when she is home with her car), or • Leashed and walked around the corner with me if the showing happens during my work hours or at a time when my mother is not home. This ensures dogs remain safe, supervised, and out of the way while buyers view the home privately. Important note: I do not drive. My only transportation is Lyft/Uber or, rarely, riding with a relative/friend.

I work remotely full‑time, which allows me to provide consistent supervision and care throughout the day. Dogs stay inside with me while I work, and I offer frequent potty breaks in my fenced yard, along with playtime, attention, and a calm indoor environment. In the evenings, my mother is home and helps with pet care. Because my home is listed for sale, there may occasionally be showings. During showings: • If my mother is home with her car, dogs will be crated and taken with us. • If she is not home or the showing occurs during my work hours, dogs must be able to be leashed and walked around the corner with me. Dogs remain safe and supervised at all times. Drop‑Off & Pick‑Up Availability (Updated) To balance remote work, dog care, and the home‑selling process, all drop‑offs and pick‑ups must occur within these windows: Weekdays: • 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekends: • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM I add all scheduled times to my phone calendar, and I appreciate a quick message if you’re running early or late. My home is monitored with security cameras at the front door and in the backyard 24/7 for added safety. Transportation note: I do not drive and rely on Lyft/Uber or occasional rides from relatives/friends.

A typical day here is calm, structured, and full of attention. I work remotely, so dogs spend the day inside with me while I’m at my desk, with plenty of breaks for potty time, play, and affection. I keep a relaxed environment indoors, and the dogs enjoy toys, snuggles, and floor time throughout the day. All outdoor time takes place in my fully fenced yard, where dogs can safely explore, stretch their legs, and play. Because there are the occasional off‑leash dogs in the neighborhood, I do not offer walks outside the property — the yard provides a secure space for exercise without risk. Fun activities include supervised play with toys, gentle enrichment, sniffing time in the yard, and lots of one‑on‑one attention. I love sitting on the floor with the dogs so they feel comfortable and included. During home showings, dogs will either be crated and taken with my mother and me (if she is home with her car) or leashed and walked around the corner with me (if she is not home or the showing occurs during my work hours). Dogs remain safe and supervised the entire time. Every dog gets a balance of play, rest, and companionship to help them feel at home.

- Emergency Contact Requirement Please ensure your emergency contact is someone who is available upon request and able to pick up your pet in case of an emergency. I do not drive and may not have the funds to get a Lyft/Uber if an emergency occurs. Funds from a booking are not released to sitters until two days after the selected pick‑up date.
