My professional background is in property management, and I am happy to assist with house sitting needs while you are out of town, such as collecting mail/packages, watering plants/yards, taking out garbage, or other light maintenance tasks. I am Shelby (she/her) and I moved to Burlington in 2022. l grew up caring for a Yorkshire Terrier and have experience caring for pets of all sizes and breeds. I have a calm and gentle demeanor, which helps me to gain trust with animals easily, including senior animals and those who are prone to separation anxiety. I am happy to accommodate special requests to cater to your specific needs. I am located near Mackintosh Lake in Burlington, but am willing and able to travel to Elon, Gibsonville, Whitsett, Graham, Haw River, and surrounding areas. I enjoy spending quality time caring for pets, taking great photos, as well as assisting with training or developmental goals.

Shelby does an excellent job with my cat, Bailey! She recently reported on a storm that flipped a chair on the balcony & blew to plants off their stands. She cleaned up and put everything back in order. She also let me know about a large hairball my cat vomited up and cleaned that up as well! Bailey & I both love Shelby❤️
Shelby took her usual Excellent care of my cat Bailey for me! She is fed, brushed, loved and given treats👍👍. Her litter box is cleaned and her water is full and fresh. My lights & window shades are alternated daily and my plants are watered. Shelby is an Angel😇👍👍
