Shelby was great with my nervous dog Tater! Although he takes some time to warm up to new people, she made him feel comfortable and he was giddily jumping up on her by the end of the week. Communication and was fast and easy and she was flexible when my schedule shifted slightly. Would love to have her watch Tater again!

I have known Shelby as a close family friend for the last 20 years and have also been her neighbor for the last 5 years. Shelby has personally for my own 5 year old cavapoo, Rosie, on multiple occasions including overnight stays and regular walks and I can confidently recommend her as a dog walker and pet sitter. Every time Shelby has cared for Rosie, she has been incredibly responsible, attentive, and caring. I always feel completely comfortable leaving Rosie in her care because I know my pet will be safe, well looked after, and genuinely loved. What stands out most is how communicative and reliable she is. She consistently provides updates, responds promptly, and takes the time to make sure both Rosie and myself feel comfortable. She is also exceptionally friendly, patient, and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable dog walker or sitter. Any pet would be lucky to spend time with her, and any owner can feel confident knowing their furry family member is in excellent hands.

Schedule
I work from home so am very flexible with days & times. In addition to being home all day, my work schedule is flexible so not too bogged down at my desk all day. Lots of time to walk and play!

I have a big, comfortable, quiet apartment. I live right near Carl Schurz park and about 20 minutes from Central Park - great for walks :)
A typical day
I love a morning walk to Central Park! For a lunch time walk I am just a five minute walk to Carl Schurz park. I have plenty of dog toys for any pup to play with throughout the day. I have a fairly good amount of space in my apartment so can easily fit a dog bed/water and food bowls/toys…
