Before watching a pet, I like to know a little about their routine and what makes them happiest. Things like their feeding schedule, potty habits, and exercise needs are really helpful, along with any health issues, medications, or allergies. I also like to know about their personality — how they do around new people or other animals, and if they have any fears or triggers. And of course, knowing their favorite toys and what helps them feel safe and comfortable helps me make sure they feel right at home while you’re away.
A typical day
I love making sure pets have fun and feel comfortable while their owners are away. Whether it’s going for walks, playing fetch, or just having some cuddle time, I do my best to match each pet’s personality and energy level. For dogs, I like to mix things up with different walking routes, games like tug-of-war or fetch, and even working on fun little tricks if they’re up for it. For cats, I stick to what makes them happy — whether that’s playtime with toys or just relaxing and giving them attention. My goal is always to keep them happy, safe, and cared for while giving you peace of mind.
