Peaceful Home • Large Fenced Yard
When your dog stays with our family, they'll be treated like one of our own. I provide a calm, loving home with a large fenced yard where dogs receive plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection. Because we don't have dogs of our own, every guest gets our full focus and lots of one-on-one care. Fully insured through Pet Sitter Associates for added peace of mind.

Shelby is great and I feel Tory is taken care of when she is there. She is a plus for us when we go to Amesbury to visit daughters & grandkids as they live a mile from Shelby and if we go out where dogs aren’t allowed Rory doesn’t have to stay alone bc Shelby is so close.
Shelby took great care of Bingo, our Cavapoo pup while we were visiting the area from out of state. She was terrific at communicating and provided pics of Bingo during the day. It was very nice knowing that he was in good, caring hands while we were at a family gathering. Thank you, Shelby!
Shelby has been so patient and kind with my timid new dog. I trust her to keep her safe and her gentle nature is just what my nervous dog needs right now.
Shelby was very accommodating, sent me a picture to let me know how Rory was doing and was very happy with Rory’s stay. I would definitely recommend her and use her whenever we’re in the Amesbury area.
Bentley had a great stay with Shelby & her family. I received updates with pictures & he was very comfortable at her home!! I would highly recommend Shelby & will use her for any future needs I may have for boarding :)

Schedule
Being a stay-at-home mom allows me to provide plenty of availability for potty breaks, walks and playtime with your pup. Located in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of walking opportunities.

Safety, trust & environment
I know leaving your dog can be stressful. My goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away so you can enjoy your trip knowing they're in good hands. If your dog requires more boundaries to keep them safe, they can be set up in a sectioned area in the main part of the house to ensure that they are safe but still get plenty of attention.
A typical day
Every day includes plenty of supervised outdoor play in our large fenced yard, relaxing inside with the family, enrichment activities, neighborhood walks (if appropriate), and lots of cuddles. Every dog has a different personality, so I adjust each day to fit their energy level and comfort.
