I have cared for pets off and on for most of my life, and not just my own. I have cared for animals ranging from chickens to horses. I am also comfortable administering most medications, especially for dogs and cats. I have cared for a dog with diabetes before and my own cats have at times needed oral medications.

I typically will not be offering home services because I live in an apartment with my two cats. However, I am up for visiting your home or walking a dog wherever they would like to go!

We totally felt at ease during time away from home because Shelby was so thoughtful, texting photos of our kitty and giving a few words on what our boy was doing. Highly recommend Shelby! We will be calling her back!
I always request Shelby when I need a cat sitter. She takes care of my furbabies like they're her own. Can't praise her enough for giving me peace of mind when I need to go out of town. Shelby sends me pictures of my cats on a daily basis and sends me notes telling me how they're doing. She's super friendly and obviously an animal lover. I highly recommend Shelby!!!
I’m one of “those” cat moms and I was very nervous to leave my girl but Shelby was fantastic and kept me updated about her visits, and sent pictures. If we need a sitter again, I will definitely call Shelby first.

Schedule
I do work full time as an instructor at a college, so my hours are fairly flexible. I am usually on campus for around 3-4 hours each day and otherwise work from home.
