I’m 25 and currently located in Broadview HeightsI have a few family pets but one cat of my own. I am open to any breed or size of animal. I’m available on very short notice and I have experience taking care of many different sizes of dogs. I’m also able to perform other tasks if needed ie. bathing pets, vet trips, household chores, laundry and almost anything else you can think of (for an additional cost). I am a college student at LCCC where I do the university partnership and study marine biology and environmental studies. To say I love animals is an understatement. I want to provide your pet with as much love and care as possible and I would love to be your family’s trusted pet sitter!

I will only do what you are comfortable with me doing ie. talking your dog on walks, going to the dog park. Please don’t hesitate to tell me what you’re comfortable with. I want you to be able to be stress free while I care for your pets. I will do my best to make sure to follow whatever instructions you leave me with to care for your pet. I want to make sure that they are just as happy as you are. Please provide me with specific details on how to care for your pet. I promise that the more I know the better.

2nd time we have used Shelby and as always he was amazing!! Received updates of our pets each day and were able to enjoy our trip without needing to worry. Thanks again for being awesome Shelby!
Shelby did awesome with our dogs and cats. He made it so we could enjoy our vaca time without worrying about how our pets were doing. We received great pics of them throughout the trip and would absolutely leave our fur kids with Shelby again. He was awesome!
Shelby is an AMAZING pet sitter. We have 2 young dogs (a 5 month old and a 1.5 year old puppy) and 2 cats, and they all have a lot of energy. Shelby took fantastic care of them and made sure to play with them, take them on plenty of walks and adventures, cuddle them, and tend to their individual needs. He stayed in our house with all 4 of our pets while we were out of town for 4 days and made us feel so at peace about the care of our animals. He also sent us plenty of photo updates which was very welcome!! I would trust him 100% with all of my current and future furbabies.
Shelby did an amazing job taking care of our fur babies. Shelby communicated with us throughout our trip and made sure we knew how our babies were. We were able to vacation with no worries that our animals weren’t being cared for. I will make sure to book with Shelby in the future!
Shelby is a long time friend of mine that my family and I have always had trust in. When we go on a family vacation we always make sure to have Shelby over to take care of all of our pets. Whenever we come home the dogs are very happy and it is very obvious to us that they had a good time. Shelby is very reliable and genuinely cares for our pets. We always feel safe leaving our dogs home when we know Shelby’s taking care of them.

Programa
All pets for house sitting must be okay with being alone for at least 8 hours at a time while I am at my full time job. The house sitting price reflects a 10-12 hour overnight cost (depending on current availability) and one 30 minute drop in directly after work (around 6:45pm). Please note that if your pet(s) require around the clock care Monday-Friday, I will be unable to accommodate that due to my full time work schedule. Drop ins and other requests are considered on a case by case basis as I may be able to drop in on a lunch break if your home is close enough to my job. The more notice (for weekend requests) the better as I tend to travel on weekends.
