I love all animals!
I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. In my spare time I volunteer with a pitbull rescue but in the past I have volunteered with several shelters. I have an anxious dog so I understand the importance of patience and routines. I also understand the stress that leaving your animals can create, so that’s why I’m here to help you feel less stress and more confident in your animals care while you’re away!

I understand the importance of feeling comfortable opening your home to a stranger but prior to booking we can schedule a meet up to ensure you are as comfortable as possible! I am happy to provide check in, feedings, refilling water, bathroom breaks, walks, and of course lots of loving if they are comfortable with that. I’m happy to help in any way!

Shelby is truly one of the most well respected and trusted people I know to take care of your furry little loved ones when gone! She goes above and beyond to make your sweet family members feel loved, welcomed, and cared for! In the several years I've known her, she shows love for all animals, big and small. In college, if I was in class or at work, she would always be spending time with my cat, Ivy! Giving her so much love, attention and snuggles! She truly treats others animals as her own. Shelby does a wonderful job keeping you informed about everything going on with you furry friends and will always send you cute pictures of them! Shelby did the most selfless act and adopted a beautiful and loving dog from a shelter she volunteered at. Her sweet dog came from nothing, with a very sensitive skin condition. Shelby has worked so hard to get her skin healed. She has done an amazing job training Peony and giving her the loving and furever how she deserves! Shelby always puts animals first and truly cares deeply for them! If you're looking for someone you can trust to treat you favorite friends with as much care and love you do, book Shelby! Shelby is someone I trust whole heartedly to care for my dog. She is so understanding of pet body language and my dog just loves her! I have seen Shelby with her own pets and she is able to meet all of their needs and beyond. Any animal that Shelby is responsible for is in good hands!

Schedule
I work full time but I get home by 5:10 at the latest and have an hour lunch break. On weekends I only work occasional Saturday’s until noon.
