Took a few years break from Rover to give full focus to one of my old fur babies but now am back with more expertise to take care of your older babies. I've had dogs, cats and horses since before I could even walk. So taking care of your pup or cat will be no problem! Any special needs your dog/cat might need I can make sure to attend to! I have a passion for all animals! I love playing with them all the time and making sure they get all the exercise/love they need! I'm also very gentle so if you have a dog/cat that is a little on the shy side I'll be more than willing to accommodate he/shes needs. I have been to many obedience classes with my dogs so I understand the signals that you may or may not use for your pup! Shelby was incredible with our two energetic pups! She sent updates often and was very communicative. Our pups were safe and happy the whole time, we will definitely book Shelby again! She kept our apartment tidy as well.
Shelby is awesome! I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter in the Memphis area. First of all, she is incredibly polite, very prompt in all replies, and friendly to interact with. Secondly, often, even if sitters are established on Rover, they may not welcome last-minute bookings. Even if they werent booked, they may have plans, who knows. Shelby stuck to her availablity - I had a sitter fall through at the last minute, and the entire Easter day depended on having a sitter. Shelby was happy to sit that day. Beyond that, she's got a natural ease with animals. My fur buddy is always very friendly, but sometimes she can get *really* excited and hyper right when meeting a new person. She did none of that, and liked Shelby from the start. Shelby also sent updates and cute pictures, which left me assured that Gaia was in great hands. One hundred percent will book again :)

Shelby is an amazing sitter. She’s extremely responsive and an amazing communicator. Whenever I go out of town, she is the first and only person I call. I totally recommend her as a sitter.
Shelby was very nice but while I was gone and she was house sitting she went to her other job and left my gate key in the apartment. I was not scheduled to return until Sunday afternoon but came home early around midnight Saturday night to her not being there and my gate key shredded on the floor. I understand accidents happen but if I would not have came home early she would not have been able to get back into my apartment that night without me getting security to let her in and now I'm out $50 for a new gate pass.
