When your dog is in my care, **their safety and well-being are always my top priority.** Dogs staying in my home are supervised throughout the day, both indoors and outdoors, and I strive to provide an environment where they can feel comfortable, secure, and included. I have a spacious, beautiful backyard where the dogs can enjoy plenty of outdoor time, exercise, and play. Inside the home, I provide safe, appropriate toys and activities based on the individual dogs and the dynamics of the group staying with me at the time. I’m mindful of each dog’s personality, play style, size, and needs when deciding what activities and toys are appropriate. On the rare occasion that a dog needs to be left unattended for a short period of time, I offer **large, secure crates** for owners who prefer their dogs to be crated. If an owner prefers that their dog not be crated, I have a designated, dog-safe area of my home where they can relax comfortably and safely while I’m briefly away. In many cases, dogs are even able to **join me when I leave the house**, depending on the owner’s preferences and what is appropriate for their dog\. My own dog is with me nearly everywhere I go, so I’m happy to include boarding guests whenever possible\. Every stay is personalized to the owner’s wishes and their dog’s individual needs\. My goal is to make sure your dog feels like part of the family while you’re away — with plenty of attention, activity, supervision, and, of course, lots of love. 🐾❤️

A typical day with my boarding dogs includes a morning walk, then some mental stimulation involving toys, agility, or even other dogs while they are here. Afternoons are always dedicated to socializing them with the other dogs here. If no other dogs, then another walk or a trip to a close park with my own dog is always on the menu! Evenings are followed by some supervised toy time with appropriate and approved bones. Possibly another walk, then some outside time with everyone before they head home!!
