Home away from home.
As I have my own dog, I take care of only one dog at a time (unless you are bringing two companions to stay) so there is lots of individual care and attention. Your companion will be in a safe and comfortable family home environment in a whole house with a fenced yard. Walk 3mins to open space where many other dogs go. I'm a mature permanent long term resident of Boulder, owned three rescue dogs, completed 36 and (over a year) training classes with the Boulder Humane Society with my own dog. And have taken care of the many family and friends dogs over the years.

Sheila was amazing. I think my dog has more fun with Sheila than with me. I got a lot of updates and was able to enjoy my trip l knowing my dog was so well cared for.
Sheila is always so amazing with my dog- she sends pics of their off leash trail walks and Eddie is always happy to run into her house and play. Just so nice to know I can have a safe place for Ed to go.
Penny was in great hands with Sheila. I loved her frequent updates!
Sheila is the best! She is very chill and obviously knows how to handle dog hosting. She sent pictures everyday of my sweet but very active dog just having a great time running at CU South. When we went to pick up Eddie, it was like we were picking up a kid who just had the best time at summer camp. So- yes, I would feel lucky to have Eddie stay with her again.
Shelia stayed at my home with my 2 energetic dogs and cat while we were out of town. It was such a comfort knowing my pets were in their familiar surroundings and they had Shelia to love and care for them. I also had peace of mind knowing that our home was looked after and occupied. I highly recommend Shelia as she is thoughtful, responsible, trustworthy and an all around good human.
Sheila has done an exceptional job caring for my dog Blue. When I try to take Blue home, she runs to the back room and doesn’t want to leave. I have to drag her out of Sheila’s house. 😊 Sheila is very sweet and kind to my dog and takes Blue on nice walks through an open space call CU South. I highly recommend Sheila if you’re looking for someone that is kind and caring of animals. K.T.

Schedule
I work part-time hours (4hr periods) with a flexible schedule during the day, but always spend mornings and evenings at home (home body). I go for walks early mornings (when hot) and evening or at different times during the day.

I have a fenced back yard, with one small very friendly dog at home. Your companion will be a cared for and any sensitivities will be accomodated in a safe environment.

A typical day
Play chuck it, fetch, when going for a walk. General company and petting, talking to dogs all day long. Running around the circle floor plan of my house in different directions playing chase hide and seek, and general shenanigans.

- Happy to accommodate all the different needs like allergy medication, pain meds etc. Follow your instructions to keep your dog on or off leash, short or long walks, away from or likes pools and ponds, and know whether your dog maybe sensitive or anxious in certain situations (like doesn't like delivery people or scared of loud sudden noises).
