Horrible, I booked with her and had decent communication. Paid to have the service and then she would not respond all the way up until I was supposed to drop the dogs off I was supposed to leave that morning, at 9 am. VERY unprofessional and I would NOT ever recommend her again. Luckily I was able to get a full refund.
