Your pet’s home away from home!
We are a home full of pet lovers! Currently our fur babies include our dogs Dixon, Scout and Igloo, and our cat Wonder. We are comfortable around a variety of animals and know what to expect with them. Growing up my family rescued greyhounds. We fostered many and adopted a couple that we fell in love with. It was a great experience that I continue now as an adult. I currently volunteer as a foster with a local rescue, Save-A-Mutt. Our most recent addition was a foster fail when we adopted a tripod GSD mix named Igloo. I work from home therefore can interact and attend to your pet throughout the day. Our home is an open concept rambler with laminate flooring throughout. This cuts down on pet odors and makes messes and hair clean up much easier. Our backyard is fully fenced and completely open and available for pets to use. We also have a 6 x 4 foot fully enclosed kennel in the backyard that can be utilized for puppies or separating larger dogs from littles if needed during playtime. Our neighborhood also has a well-maintained trail throughout that is a great way to get some socialization and exercise. We try to take an evening walk regularly and will include your pet as well if desired during their stay.

Sheena and family were awesome boarders for Indy. He felt a little nervous and Sheena made sure he was comfortable and went the extra mile for his needs. We got great pics of him playing with other pups and he came home happy and tuckered out. Thank you Sheena and family!

Programa
There are a few times during the week we run errands or attend appointments, but your pet will not be left for more than 2-3 hours at most. On those occasions we do have various size kennels that can be utilized, a pet corral, or they can be left inside the home if appropriate. Between our family and our own fur babies, your pet will get lots of interaction and affection while in our home!

Our pets are beloved family members, and we will treat your pets the same way! We enjoy interacting with all our pets by giving them lots of attention through play, walks, and snuggles. My hope is that your pet will feel at home away from home while here and you can rest assured they are being well cared for (and spoiled just a bit!)

We have various cat and dog toys in our home. The backyard is a great area to play fetch or get your dog’s “zoom zooms” out. Our yard is fully fenced and recently updated with a gravel play area. We enjoy daily walks in the neighborhood, which include a great small trail that runs behind our home. There are also many trail systems we frequent that are just a short drive away.
