This was the worst booking experience ever! My dog was hurt while with this sitter and Sheavel doesn’t know how it happened. His toe (paw pad) was cut! She did wrap his foot afterwards but never took responsibility! She started to say via text afterwards that he probably bit himself and that he was aggressive towards her! I honestly wish I could just post all the messages from the app so anyone can just read and follow! She also said several times she was new to this and inexperienced! My dog smelled of smoke at pickup! This was just a disaster! Rover does have insurance and I have filed a claim and complaint with them. This cut happened on the 29th and it’s still healing! We go to the vet every 3 days to get the wound checked, cleaned and bandages changed! I don’t want to bash her because she genuinely came off as nice at drop off. I thought I smelled marijuana when I dropped him off but she didn’t let me far enough in her house and I brushed it off! She was neglectful and my puppy was hurt and her lack of accountability was upsetting! I reasonable and I understand stuff happens but you have to be an adult and take responsibility for your actions, even if it was an accident! This has been a very stressful time and I’m thankful that after 2 weeks of care the wound is finally starting to heal!

Bingo had an amazing time with Sheavel. It was a last minute booking due to a family emergency and everything worked out perfectly. 10 out of 10.
