Hey Pet Parents! My name is Shea and I’m super glad you’re considering me to watch your fur babies while you’re away! Please take a look at my availability listed a little lower on my profile before requesting! 😊 I’ve been around animals for as long as I can remember and I’ve been pet sitting for over 3 years now. I myself have a 6 year old Australian Cattle Dog and a Green Cheek Conure. I also used to have a flock of chickens, so I’m well-equipped for any feathered friends you have! I’ve also had experience working in a pet grooming salon, where I gained extensive knowledge on signs of stress in animals as well as first-aid. I understand all pets have different needs and I’m able to take the time to get to know them and adapt to help them feel safe while you’re away! Nobody is more prepared than I am to care for your little buddies!

I will follow any instructions left for me about your pet closely! Please let me know of any specific parts of their routine you would like me to continue during our booking. I’m here to make your pet (and you!) feel as stress-free as possible. I also understand your privacy is important, I’ll do everything in my power to make you feel safe to welcome me in your home while you’re away :)

Shea is WONDERFUL! She’s communicative and thoughtful (brings up trash bins or brings packages in), prompt and considerate of all 3 dogs’ needs. If she can get my heeler to feel comfortable around her, then she can definitely help your pet feel at ease too!

Shea was absolutely wonderful with my cat! She was available last minute and very flexible with her schedule for us. Vuka had a great week with her and I couldn’t recommend her enough!
Shea took great care of our three cats! Everyone was able to stay in their eating routine and get their medications and supplements per usual. My shy girl even came out for her meals and pets!
Shea was wonderful with our two dogs! She has a nice calm energy that is just what they needed while we were away. We won't hesitate to call her again to care for our precious pups!

Schedule
From September 2026 to December 17, 2026, I am a full-time student and athlete. Please note the availability listed here is only for that time period. After 12/18, I will have (mostly) full availability again so if your booking is after that date (or for a holiday), feel free to disregard this part of my profile! Mondays and Wednesdays I am on campus from 1pm to 8pm, Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm, Thursdays I’m on campus from 3pm to 8pm, and Fridays from 9am to 11:30am and again from 3pm to 8pm. My Saturdays and Sundays remain open! Please do not request me for bookings during the semester if this schedule won’t work for your pet(s)! Thank you for your patience and understanding while I take a break from my usual flexibility and availability! That being said, I do only accept bookings after doing a meet and greet to ensure all parties (especially your pets!) feel as comfortable as possible during the booking.

- I will need to see up-to-date rabies paperwork for your pet before booking for my safety on the off chance anything happens! Any info you want to share with me via Rover or during the meet and greet is always helpful! Let me know if your pet has any little quirks or triggers so that I can make them feel as safe as can be! Please also inform me of any medical issues or medications your pet needs. I have no problem administering medications or taking any extra steps your pet(s) may need!
