Hi, My name is Shayna and I am a veterinary professional (veterinary technician). I have 3 dogs of my own (great dane, hound, & mini schnauzer). taking care of my dogs and others is my passion. My future plans are to open a dog daycare and boarding facility so animals are definitely my passion. I treat every dog like they are my own. I have been a groomer, kennel tech, veterinary tech, and a district manager for a mobile pet vaccine company. I have managed a dog daycare and kennel so I am very proficient in making sure that each pet gets the attention they need and deserve. Where do I even begin? Shayna was an absolute godsend from start to finish, simply phenomenal! Her passion for dogs and her expertise shine through in every aspect of her care. Rafiki immediately warmed up to her and had an absolute blast with Shayna's own furry companions. What's more, Shayna went above and beyond by taking Rafiki shopping for replacement balls after he lost his. It takes someone truly dedicated to animal welfare to ensure that my dog feels completely at ease. And as if that weren't enough, she even gave him a refreshing bath before we picked him up. I'm utterly amazed by the exceptional care Shayna provided for my fur baby. She's unquestionably Rafiki's go-to person from now on. Shayna, words can't express my gratitude. I'm sincerely thankful for everything you've done!

Shayna was great with Duke. Love that she kept us informed about his day to day activities and whatever was going on with him throughtout the day. She introduced a food puzzle which we had not used with him before. We really appreciate her effort to get him to eat his food. She sent lots of photos. She gave him a bath before we picked him up as well which was so nice and thoughtful of her. We will definitely rebook with Shayna. 🥰

Schedule
Dogs who are dropped off in the morning will get to go play outside. We have a kiddie pool that we fill up in the spring and summer times so dogs will get to play in the pool and run around in a fully fenced in yard. There will be a break/nap time around 12pm-2pm where the dogs will get to come inside and relax. After nap time, the pups will get to play outside again!

Fully fenced in yard with access to play inside and outside with a covered patio in the backyard. Daycare and Boarding dogs will play together all day and will have access to water 24/7.

A typical day
Dogs who are boarding will get to play with the daycare dogs all day. There is always someone home to play and take care of your pets. lots of belly rubs, toys and relaxing. This will be a home away from home for your pup(s).
