Finding someone to love your dogs the way you do!
I’ve had dogs since the age of 2. I’ve dog sat for my friends, auntie, and more. Including, walking, feeding, grooming/bathing, playing, etc. I’m an extreme dog mum whose done tonnes of researching on breed fulfilment. I enjoy researching about the needs of various breeds and will cater to your doggo. I’ve done various dogs trust training classes with my pups as well as working with a private dog trainer.

Shayna is a really caring dog sitter. She had my dog for 4 days and send updates with how she was doing so I didn’t have to worry. Shayna’s 2 dogs got on great with my dog and made friends quickly. Shayna even took my dog swimming with her dogs for a first time experience which was great. I think anyone having their dog stay with Shayna should be glad they’ve got someone who will look after their dog well just as if their one of her own
What a diamond this woman is. She took our baby for just over a week and gave her nothing but good times and love. We first met Shayna for a walk with her two Spaniels to check how they were together. We then agreed it was all good and then, when the day came, Shayna first ensured we met outside the property, had a very quick walk for the dogs to get acquainted once again then let us stay and look around as much of the property as much as we wanted. We felt very safe to leave our little baby dog there! Since we left her, we had numerous updates and constant reassurance that our dog was being well looked after. We even received videos and pictures. Best of all, our pup was taken to an agility course AND a doggy swimming pool! She’s had the time of her life and cannot thank Shayna enough for the amazing service and looking after our dog.
Shayna has two dogs of her own that she absolutely loves! Treats them with so much care and attentiveness. They are given everything and more and the dogs could not be happier. I would trust her with my dogs. She if it’s not from the food they eat or the games they play. She absolutely dotes on the pair. She has researched into their breed and tailored a lot to ensure that they both have the best life they can. She’s truly an amazing dog mum!

Schedule
I recently got a full time job and my hours are 8:00 - 16:00. I work only 10 mins away and if needed can drop home whenever. However, my brother and father are at home during the day which means your pup will never be left alone! 😊 On the weekend, generally I wake up early, play some games with my dogs, they nap, then we go for a walk, I feed them and then do some training, and finally bedtime. I love to take them hiking or swimming or to the dog park to do some agility too.

Safety, trust & environment
I have plenty of spare crates and a fenced off garden that the dogs can run around and play in. If our dogs don’t get along which can sometimes happen, I have a separate household that can take care of mine whilst I take care of your dog(s). Although this is dependent on the timescale, I’m willing to compromise. I have plenty of enrichment games such as snuffle mats, food dispenser games, dog treat puzzles and various toys. So your dog will not be bored!

A typical day
I have a crazy amount of fun mentally enriching games like food dispensers, snuffle mats, licky mats, and I love making homemade treats. I’m an all natural dog mum who sticks to meat or sweet potato for treats (occasionally dog peanut butter). In terms of physical stimulation I have plenty of parks and trails nearby that I take my dogs to, I also have frisbees and rubber balls as well as heavy duty tug toys.

- My dogs have quirks so I’d love to know about any quirks that your dog has. If your dog is reactive on walks or anything I’m still happy to accommodate, I’d just love to know in advance so I can ensure that I take necessary precautions and avoid stressful areas for the dog.
