Shayna was awesome! My 9 year old lab was comfortable with her from the moment they met each other during the meet & greet. She did a 3 night stay in our home and cared for our pup and 2 cats and sent texts and picture updates each day/night showing they were in good hands. We will definitely be rebooking her for future sittings! Thanks again Shayna, you rock! I’m sure my pets miss you already

Shayna did great with my two malamutes (aka large fluffy stubborn toddlers 😂)! Came home to my house as clean as we left it plus some as they drop fur just standing still and there wasn't much on the floor at all which isn't normal after 3 days. Would definitely use her again!

This is first time I use Shayna for housesitting of my 14 year old terrier. I can not recommend her for housesitting services. I needed to find a new sitter a month before going on a 9-day trip overseas, due to my other sitter needing to cancel. I liked that Shayna was very responsive and flexible when chatting with her. We were able to arrange to meet & greet within a day or two of contacting her, and show her my dog's routines. She was overall very pleasant and asked good questions for the care of my dog. I confirmed the housesitting arrangement a few days before departure, and even arranged to pick her up at her home the day leaving. She said her car was still not available since it was in for repair when we last met. Only when I pick her up she informs me she has taken a new daytime job, which was a concern for me, but having a flight in a few hours gave me little notice to consider our arrangement. After receiving little updates over next 48 hours, I find she is away from home 9-10 hours each day, leaving my dog alone without any outings during that time. I discussed my concerns with her but did not receive any good solutions to cover the daytime. I instead arranged for friends to take in my dog at the start of the next week. She did not refund the days when she did not sit, but I was just relieved to have my dog in good care for the remainder of my time away. On a positive note, she did keep the house well and clean-up before leaving. She made sure my friends had all my dogs food and items they would need. She also asked if there was anything more she could do before ending her stay.

Shayna took great care of our dogs in hour home for an overnight stay. We would definately recommend her. She was profession and provided updates.

Shayna stayed with our dog Sophie for the weekend and also helped with a last minute walk. I could tell Sophie was very comfortable with her from the first meeting, and we really appreciated the daily photos and her timely responses to any texts. Would not hesitate to book with her again!
