A typical day
I know routine is important for pets, especially when their families are away and they may be feeling anxious. I’m happy to start their day in any order of operations, and ensure they get their needs met. Morning playtime is also important to get out any pent up energy — tug-of-war, fetch, enrichment games, outdoor sniffs and romping. I also love to take dogs to the park, swimming and on hikes.

Hi there! I’m Shaylee. I love all kinds of animals. I grew up with dogs and bunnies, and took horseback riding lessons as a kid. My family bred several litters of Golden Retrievers, so I’m familiar and comfortable with puppies. I have my own sweet pup, Birdie. She loves to swim, hike and play fetch. I often help out with friends’ pets, and would love to care for others! I’ve cared for reactive dogs in the past, and am open to any additional measures I may need to take to ensure everyone’s comfort. I’m confident in my ability to keep your pet safe and happy.
