I currently have a pretty open schedule and lots of free time, taking care of pets on limited to open time frame shouldn’t be an issue for me. I often leave to run small errands, but i’m never gone for long periods of time!

I would like to know if your dog has any phobias and reactivity issues, and how to administer medication (if any). If your dog has certain boundaries (such as being touched certain places, or resource guarding problems) I have no problem with ‘special’ and needy dogs (and cats!) as long as im aware of any problems or any conditions.
A typical day
Depending on the dogs personality it can mean anything from long walks to fetch or even to laying on the couch if that’s what the dog personally wants or likes to do. I love playing with animals so finding something to do is quite easy

I’ve been around animals my entire life and have grown up with dogs and cats, I also have experience with other animals as well ( such as reptiles and fish, larger animals). I’ve taken care of dogs that range from reactivity to no problems at all, so I guarantee you even in an iffy situation that your animal will remain safe and will be taken care of accordingly to set instructions and nothing less

Shayla did an amazing job with our 2 dogs. Our youngest is a challenge and she managed her wonderfully. We communicated daily and she sent photos of them. We’ve never had to leave our pups for 8 days before and were quite anxious about it. But Shayla was very responsive to our needs and we came home to 2 happy and healthy pups. I would certainly recommend Shayla.

Shayla did a wonderful job with taking care of our dog and our house while we were away. She sent pictures and updates while we were gone which I really appreciated. Our dog seemed very happy and liked Shayla. Our house was spotless when we came home. We felt very comfortable having her here and would recommend her to anyone to take care of their pets.
Phoebe was well-taken care of while we were out of town for a week. Thanks!
