Travel is stressful. Your pet's care shouldn't have to be. My goal with every client is to have you feel comfortable knowing that your pet is safe, well-loved, and cared for while you're gone. - I have 8 years with Rover but a lifetime with animals. - I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, cats, and more. - I have training experience (dogs). - I provide daily updates, with pictures. - I'm attentive and affectionate but not overbearing. - My 2 dogs are my family and yours would be too. From care to communication, my goal is to meet or exceed your expectations every step of the way! IMPORTANT: I am partially disabled and would not be the best fit for a high energy animal or one that requires long or frequent walks. I prefer a meet and greet before booking so we can get to know each other and I can get instructions on how you'd like your fur baby cared for. During the booking I can also check mail, bring in packages, take out trash, and water plants.

Safety, trust & environment
The safety and well being of your pet is priority #1. I'm cautious whenever I'm leaving, I never take an animal out off leash, and I do my best to keep a frequent eye to make sure they haven't gotten into anything they shouldn't.

This was our 2nd booking with Shayla. She's great with our dog Jay Bones. I know he's in good hands! This time, we also needed some help with packages and watering plants - appreciate Shayla for going above and beyond there, as well! Our house is so clean when Shayla leaves, too. Appreciate her care all around!

Shayla was amazing! We had never had a dog sitter before and Shayla took such great care of our home and pup while we were away. We also got so many updates and photos, which was awesome. Would definitely recommend and rebook!
Shayla was a great friend to old Jay Bones while we were out of town for a week. She sent pictures everyday and knew taht our main goal was for him to be comfortable and well fed! lol She was communicative, also grabbed some packages and mail for us and lef the house spotless.

Schedule
I'm a major homebody so your pet would rarely be alone for long. I do, however, go home for lunch and dinner most days. If I have an event out of my norm, I would let you know beforehand.
