As a full time professional animal lover, taking care of pets is what I love to do all day. My typical day starts when my kids get up for school and it’s nothing by furry hearts and endorphins until I lay my head down at night!

When I am in your home and taking care of your furry family member, you can rest assured I will be acting as an extension of you. Making sure your pets are safe, cared for, their belongings placed back where I found them and your home locked up tight when I leave is important to me. I care for your space as if it were my own. Bonus Services: As an experienced plant mom to over 80 different indoor plants, I also offer watering, checking humidifiers and/or adjusting and turning on grow lights during my visits (by request). I always bring in any packages delivered to your door while I am there as well as your mail if you’re away for an extended period of time. Should you ever have any questions, requests or comments for me, don’t hesitate to reach out or ask!

Ein typischer Tag
I’ll ask you what your dog prefers; but in general every visit is packed full of love and/or cuddles! I enjoy playing with them and their favorite toys, giving ear and belly scratches, or even just hanging out and having conversations with them. I love taking dogs for walks and would be happy to take them on walks around the neighborhood and help them get their energy out.

I’m a full time professional pet sitter and companion who has taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid. I have many years of experience with a variety of dog breeds, puppies, seniors and dogs with high anxiety. I love caring for dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, as well as small animals like Guinea Pigs, rabbits, pot-belly pigs and fish. I can do drop in visits or walks anytime during the week and will be available most weekends. I will care for your fur babies with the same love and attention I give to my own. I will make sure they have clean food and water, plenty of cuddles, play time and send you photos of our adventures together! I always make sure their habitat/kennel/area is clean and safe before ending our visit. A safe, loved and well cared for pet is a happy pet!

Shayla was terrific. Good communication and lots of pics made our worries disappear. We had no cell connection the whole time and were new to the area so finding someone was nerve wracking but Shayla did excellent, will definitely book again
We'd give Shayla ten stars if we could! Our senior cat, Persia, adores her, and she takes excellent care of our turtles, Mrytle and Jack, as well as our fish and plants. She is also a fantastic communicator and photographer. We so enjoy her daily reports and photos.
