Quality Care When You're Not There
I grew up having dogs and cats as pets throughout my childhood. I've had some formal training and experience volunteering at the Oregon Humane Society as a Dog Walker / Kennel Buddy as well as 8 months of full-time professional pet care experience working with a local company based out of the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood. I've been a reliable and consistent pet sitter for friends both short-term and extended stays. Many compliments have been given about how clean their home is when they come back from their trip!

I believe in leaving your living space at least as clean or cleaner than I found it. I understand how huge a responsibility it is to take care of not only someone else's pets, but their home as well. If any issues arise, I notify you soon as possible. I love sending updates as much as you need - especially snapping album worthy photos and video clips so that you feel safe knowing how well loved and taken care of your pets are!

Always great to have Shayla care for our dogs. She takes wonderful care of them and of our house and even works on training with them!
Shayla took great care of our two Ragdoll cats while we were gone for 8 days of house and cat sitting! We received photos and some videos every day and she left the house cleaner than when we left! We will definitely be repeat customers!
Shayla is amazing and awesome, first time leaving my lil dude with any but family and she is now part of the family! She sent me videos of my lil dude, made sure he was loved & played with, and she made sure that he good to go until I came home. Highly recommend Shayla to take care of your furry kids!! Excellent care. She was very responsive on time great with my older dog and communicated throughout the visit as requested. I highly recommend her services and wouldn’t hesitate to have her care for our dog in the future. Please note that she took the job with very little notice. We also shared our for coffee with her and she followed our instructions to the tee and we really appreciate that very much. 👍✅❤️🌹🔜
I always have full faith in Shayla to keep my girl well while we are gone. She takes great care of the house while staying for home visits and follows directions! Very knowledgeable and caring. She loves animals and it shows! I would recommend her to anyone!!

Schedule
It is an honor being chosen to take care of and loving your pets as much as possible! If I am staying overnight, I make sure to devote as much of my free time to being present and actively engaged with your pets according their specific needs. I do have a part-time job in which I work a couple of 8 hour shifts per week, but because it is a flexible schedule, I have the choice to schedule my days to fit around the needs of your pet(s).
