Retired and ready to Begin Anew.
I love and respect all animals. I am owned by 1 Senior Lab and 3 adolescent kitties. All my animals in my lifetime have been rescues. I can administer meds and can follow strict food diets if needed. Nothing pleases me more than taking care of animals. I wish to continue this full time in my retirement years doing what I love best and eventually make “Rover” a full time profession. I am energetic trustworthy and passionate. I have had many jobs throughout my lifetime but none surpass my love of animals and the desire to perform tasks for my four legged (sometimes less) furry feline and canines. My abilities are many from training puppies to accommodated Senior needs.

I have three sweet two year-old cats that I raised from birth when their mama passed (she was feral that befriended me and gave birth on my porch). Two weeks after giving birth, she passed away from complications. I then took on the role of mama wiping the crust away from their eyes to help their viewing of first sight; bottle feeding and then on to solids. My black lab Zoey has been around all of this and accepts all animals. (labradors are such friendly dogs). She’s 13 years old now so she’s getting up in age. I know it would do her good to be around other animals …put a spring in her walk! I have worked most of my life in the service business. I’m retired now and I want to do what I enjoy!! That’s helping others that are having to work and be away from their fur (or feathered) babies with the relief that they are being taken care of until returning home. I have crates in my home for accommodations if your pet needs to be crated for their Security, giving time to adjust to the new surroundings while they are in my home. I know how to follow instructions on different diets, as I, as well, have different diets for my crew. If given the opportunity, I hope to show you my caring abilities that will give you the confidence to use my services.

Shay is always wonderful. I never worry about Pablo or the house when she is there. It always looks better when I get home than when I left. Pablo loves her!
Shay came twice to our house beforehand and took good notes. She went above and beyond taking care of our kitties and even took special care and measures for our 1 problem kitty until we could get back and get him to the vet today. Highly recommended with kitties and homesitting
Shay is fantastic. I am so blessed to have found her. Pablo adores her. She takes wonderful care of my home. I never worry about a thing when Shay is there!
Thank you Shay for going above and beyond to make our fuzzy family happy while we were away. This was our second time using Shay as our sitter and she is just the best there is. Great communication and pictures daily and she really loves animals and it shows.

Schedule
I am retired now with time on my hands and can accommodate the needs of loving animal parents. I have always been around animals of all breeds shapes sizes. My love for animals is probably stronger than my love for people lol they get me and I get them. I have an open schedule except for when I take time for my family …human family that is.
