I was quite nervous to find a dog sitter as my dog, Zhuda, is quite the handful. However, the first time I left Zhuda in Shay's hands (and for 6 days at that) a huge relief came over me. I wrote a page of notes of instructions and emphasized to reach out to me for anything and everything. But, I soon realized that Shay was not at all intimidated by some of my dog's behaviors or needs. Shay was absolutely great with my dog and most importantly he saw that my dog was a huge sweetheart, despite some of his flaws. Shay kept me posted multiple times a day with snapchats or texts on how Zhuda was doing, which helped me feel at ease, AND he even taught Zhuda a new trick, to shake hands. I now feel I can go out of town and travel more because of Shay. I would not feel comfortable leaving Zhuda with anyone, but I definitely would recommend Shay.

Never underestimate the importance and peacefulness of knowing your pet is in the loving and safe care of only the best in the business. We're so fortunate to have Shay to care for our Patches. Patches has so much fun with Shay its like she is getting a puppy vacation of her own! We loved the daily, sometimes twice a day, photo updates! Shay is caring, considerate, resourceful and excels at proactive, effective and impactful communication. Leaving a pet behind for travel is hard but knowing they will be well cared for and loved in your absence is priceless. Shay provided a superb, high quality care and experience for Patches and us.
