I was very disappointed with my experience. I specifically booked a Rover sitter expecting my dog to be walked while I was away, but after reviewing my cameras, I discovered she wasn’t walked on any of the days of the stay. What was most upsetting was that this was never communicated to us. Had we known, we could have made other arrangements. I also left treats/snacks in the freezer with instructions for my dog, and those were never given to her. Unfortunately, I had very limited Wi-Fi while traveling, so I wasn’t aware any of this was happening until I returned home. Based on my experience, I won’t be booking with Shay again, and I hope future clients receive better communication about any changes to their pet’s care.
This was Shay's second stay at it house and I'd definitely use her again! She was great with our dogs and followed our instructions. She watered it plants for us and communicated well. She was a great house sitter!

Last minute booking, Shay was ready and receptive to coming over to see animals within a day. Easy to go through instructions and very responsive during our vacation. Appreciated the Communication. Looking forward to using her services again.

Schedule
I work a 9-5 M-F office job with the ability to provide care overnight, in the mornings, and on my lunch break as needed for your fur babies. They will receive the care and love they need while you are away!
