I’ve had a lifelong love for animals and was a trusted pet sitter for friends and family for many years before turning that passion into a career. I’ve cared for dogs of many different breeds, sizes, and ages, from playful puppies to senior companions. I also have extensive experience with cats of all personalities, whether they’re shy, sassy, or social butterflies. As a devoted pet parent to my own cat, Oreo, I understand that pets are family. Oreo has been diabetic since 2023, so I’m experienced in administering insulin, monitoring blood sugar, and giving other medications as needed. I also have been certified in canine and feline CPR and first aid. My goal is to ensure your furry family member feels safe, happy, and well cared for in your absence while giving you peace of mind. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! SERVICES PROVIDED: DROP-IN VISITS: Ideal for independent pets who don’t require overnight care. Visits are available in 30- or 60-minute sessions. DOG WALKS: Perfect for dogs who just need a walk. Walks are available in 30- or 60-minute sessions. HOUSESITTING: Great for pets who need overnight care while you're away. Your home will become my base for the duration of the booking. I’ll be with your pets for much of the day as well as overnight. I do return home twice daily (12 hours apart) to administer insulin to my cat as well as leaving to run errands, drop ins, etc. However, pets will never be left alone for more than four hours consecutively and never more than eight hours total per day, typically much less than this. DAYCARE IN YOUR HOME: A great option for travelers who want to explore the local attractions worry-free or for pets who need more than a drop-in visit but don’t require an overnight stay. Available for up to 10 hours per day and I will be with your pet for the entire booked time. The first hour is billed as a 60-minute drop-in visit, with additional hours at a reduced rate. Booking instructions: Send a request as a 60-minute drop-in visit, then message me with the actual hours needed. I’ll adjust the booking accordingly to add the additional hours at the reduced hourly rate.

Shawnee is beyond amazing. Our girls love her and she takes the time to make sure that each one of them are cared for and loved on. It’s hard to leave our pets but it would be impossible to do so without knowing Shawnee was going to be there are their sitter. She is perfection and we can’t imagine anyone else taking care of our girls!

Shawnee is wonderful! Knowing she was taking care of our cat while we were away gave us peace of mind and seeing her updates and photos made our trip so much smoother. We will absolutely be booking Shawnee again in the future (and recommending her to our pet-parent friends)!
Shawnee was absolutely amazing and very detailed from start to the end. I just started on this app and had no clue on what to do to start or end a booking- I had a literal last minute work trip. She came over a day before my trip and got the layout of the home and details about my pets. She is very sweet and very kind to my skittish cats. One really warmed up to her and loved to play with her. The other kitty whom is a bit older and very skittish She was surprisingly neutral and actually interacted with Shawnee. She helped me extra by securing a package of mine inside my house and let me know about a giant part of my tree that fell down. If I ever have a trip or vacation Shawnee will be the first I will contact in a heartbeat. She is definitely a above and beyond kind of woman and your pets will definitely know and love her!
Shawnee was fantastic. She came out and met our fur baby a week before the visit, stayed in touch with us the entire time through the process. We received daily updates and photos during our four day trip. The entire process was easy and our pup and home were well taken care of. I can't recommend her enough!

Schedule
I am a full-time pet sitter. The only commitment I have other than my pet clients is giving my cat insulin twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, 12 hours apart. Aside from that, I am able to adjust to your pet's schedule.
