I'm currently working another part time job with hours I choose, so my schedule is pretty open. I have preferred hours, but I'm open to talking about other days and times. My current preferred schedule is Monday through Saturday 10- 8.

I am currently in a home that doesn't allow pets, but I am planning on fixing this before the end of summer. I have extensive animal handling experience, and I take the effort to speak with you first about your dogs specific needs and habits before I start interacting with them. I am also starting classes in Cat and Dog first aid with the American Red Cross and will update my profile with these credentials soon.

I will usually ask these questions before I visit with your pet, but I like to know a dogs specific needs and behaviors. Any specific habits, reactivity levels, if they are toy/food/pet motivated, and favorite things to do are a couple of the questions I will ask.
A typical day
I am open to any sort of activity, within reason, your dogs enjoy doing. I'm able to visit parks or hiking trails, I can play fetch for hours on end, do specific enrichment activites, and I am also willing to facilitate playdates with other dogs.

My family has had dogs and other pets since I was little, but beginning 3 years ago, I began caring for other peoples dogs; I'm experienced in housesitting, boarding, enrichment and walks. I have also taken care of many different sick, injured and elderly dogs. I have frequantly house sat for family, friends, and strangers; for a length of weeks multiple times. The most dogs I have watched at another's house was 5 for 2 different families who were going on a trip together. I'm 24 years old and quite active, I have another job that allows me to choose the schedule as well. My current living situation doesn't allow me to board animals, but I plan on changing this by the end of summer. I will update my profile when this happens.

Shawnee is so trustworthy with my 2 Border Collies! She sent a picture AND a cute video while on their walk together. I would highly recommend her for drop-ins and over nighters too. She is very respectful of my home and very sweet to my babies. Thanks again Shawnee! ❤️
